We are the training branch of Kings Medical Services; a CQC registered private ambulance service offering medical cover at events of all sizes as well as providing medical repatriation services and high dependency transfers.
We are able to offer a number of first aid and safeguarding courses and unlike many companies all our instructors are practising event medics who regularly put into practise the skills we teach. Based in Uttoxeter, we are happy to travel in the Midlands area bringing the courses to your workplace, and also to run courses for individuals in the Staffordshire area.
We do a great deal of medical event work in the equestrian world, working regularly with British Eventing, the Pony Club and a number of private equestrian centres. We have a lot of requests to deliver first aid courses in this arena and are happy to tailor courses to this particular ‘world’ – both for equestrian centres themselves and for those involved with people who ride (Our ‘Pony Club Mums’ unaffiliated half day course is very popular!)
As a qualified teacher with twenty five years of experience in teaching both primary and secondary level, our safeguarding trainer combines this background with five years of medical training to bring a wealth of training to our safeguarding training also.
